Handstand Walking

Conditioning
For time:
100 Double Unders (6 min time cap)

followed immediately by,

10 Rounds
10 Pull-Ups
10 Burpee Box Jumps

Time starts with the double unders. Once you hit 100 (or 6 minutes), move on to the couplet. The Burpee Box Jump beings with a burpee, but instead of jumping into the air, jump onto a box.
