    Front squats 3 x 3 @ 73, 78, 83#

    HBBS 1 x 20 @ 63#

    WOD: Rx, I shredded my palm in about 2 minutes which made the next 6 difficult in terms of the toes to bar. I did mostly sets of 2 or 3 reps for those but did burpees in one, paced set. I got five rounds even!
