100 Partner Wall Ball
One partner working at a time. The box jumps and wall ball must be alternating. On the wall ball, this means partners switch when the ball is in the air.

Let me start by saying that I had the best partner ever, Britt, and we killllllled it. Okay let me continue now…
We used a 20″ box and knocked those suckers out fast. We broke up swings in sets of 10 reps and used a 40# KB. I kinda liked burpee deadlifts and we used 30# DBs and broke them up in sets of 5. Toes-2-bar went pretty fast as well and we did sets of you guess it 10. AND the finally was wall balls. Oh my! We used a 14# ball and just broke them up as we began to die… we got a string of nearly 20 at one point! Heck yes!
