    Horrible press day, as usual. Attempt of 5 reps @ 73#- fail on rep 3. Attempt of 5 reps @ 68#-fail on rep 3. 3 sets of 5 reps @ 63 then I ran out of time…thank goodness.
    Max unbroken sets of DH pullups in 6 min: 5×5 (orange)
    Conditioning: 21-15-9 Push jerk (73#), T2B Time- 6:21
    Since my press is so disproportionate to my pushpress and pushjerk, Mike said use 73#. All sets were unbroken…probably could have gone a little heavier. T2B still got to work on the re-kipping.

    Press: Semi good day! I got 4 sets of 5 reps at 58# and then the final set was only 2 reps when my right tricep felt off and I stopped….

    DH pull-ups: 7 sets of 5 reps with the green band and 2 sets of 2 reps.. BOO for fails

    WOD: Bar limitations occurred and I used 55# and it was not hard which tells me that my push jerks are better than my press! WOOHOO! Toes to bar were actually okay today! I finished at 6:06

    Great job 7:15 a.m. class!!! You all did great!!

      Kristin, I love that you write the same way you speak. I can “hear” you saying every word. True story.

      By the way, most of the 6amers are far superior to the 7:15ers. Once again, true story. Just thought you should know.
