    DL: 125, 145, 165, 185–Up from 178#

    Glute-bridges, AKA Butt-on-Fire: 114 @ 25#

    WOD: DLs @ 95# and I used the red band for push ups. Worked on NOOO snaking up with push-ups and felt pretty good about them… 10 rounds + 13 reps

    Yay! Awesome job 5:15 class! AND Paul, all classes are created equal… :)

    DL: 3@ 95, 135, 165, 185, 215 (10# PR)

    Glute bridges – I used a 25# plate. I felt these but I should probably use a 35# plate next time.

    WOD: 105# for Sumo DL ( I love these!) and I used a red band for pushups. All DL were unbroken and pushups were fine at first and then starting in round 3 I had to break them up. My goal was 10 rounds and I missed it by 4 reps. I got 9 rounds + 16 reps.
