B1) DB Incline Bench (12″ box + 45# plate), brief pause, 4×6-8
B2) DB Row (dead stop from floor), 4×8

C) WOD or Strength

6 Rounds
in 90 seconds, perform:
7 Shoulder-2-Overhead, 70% 3RM
Max Reps in remaining time toes-2-bar or push-ups*
Rest 60 seconds

*Odd rounds t2b, even rounds push-ups

Strength
A) 8 DB Hang Power Cleans + max reps arnold press, 4 heavy sets
B1) DB Tate Press, heavy, 4×10
B2) BB Curl, 4×10

Aftermath
Seated Bent Over Reverse Fly, 4×15
