Register account (no CC needed).
Once registered:
•click menu in top left
•Find “My Gym” on top dashboard
•Search and add CrossFit Zeal
Once I accept, you should be able to view today’s programming and one day ahead (normally at 8pm everyday but I’ve allowed it be seen now)
