Once I accept, you should be able to view today’s programming and one day ahead (normally at 8pm everyday but I’ve allowed it be seen now)

A) Bottom-Up Front Squat, 1RM

then: Front Squat, 1 x max reps, use 85-80% of A

B) Clean Pull, 5RM

C) WOD or Strength

AMRAP 10
10 Front Rack Lunges, alternating
X* Thrusters

*1 Thruster on round 1, 2 thrusters on round 2, etc

DB Split Squat, 3×8
