Foundations Plus (Group)
Intro Classes, plus 2 weeks of unlimited membership $155
Whether you’re currently working out or trying to become more active, Foundations is the place to start. Foundations is designed to teach you proper form and technique of our movements, while slowly increasing the intensity to prepare you for regular workouts. The course is 4 hour-long group sessions that meets 2 times a week for 2 weeks. You cannot attend any regular classes until you’ve finished the first two foundations classes. If you plan to attend a regular class and have not yet finished your intro, tell the coach so he/she can scale your workouts accordingly. Please see schedule for times and days.

Foundations Course (Individual)
Individual Foundations, $120
If you are unable to attend the group sessions and want to get started right away, we will work with you to schedule your Foundations as one-on-one. This will take place over 3 hour-long sessions ($40 per session).
Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate? If you have been CrossFitting at another affiliate, you may be eligible to test out of our Foundations course. Send us an email for more details at info@crossfitzeal.com
