Intro Sessions

WHETHER YOU’RE CURRENTLY EXERCISING OR TRYING TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE, FOUNDATIONS IS THE PLACE TO START.

Our One-on-one introductory sessions are designed to teach you proper form and technique for our main movements, while slowly increasing the intensity to prepare you for regular class workouts. Our goal is to help you perform each movement safely, properly and to the best of your ability. The course is broken into 3 or 4 hour-long sessions based around your schedule. Each session will focus on 1 of 4 of our main movements, along with important accessory exercises.  Expect to learn:

  • Squat Variations (Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat, Box Squat, etc.)
  • Pulls (Pull-Ups, Rowing, Deadlifts, Sumo Deadlifts, etc.)
  • Press Variations (Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, etc.)
  • Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean, Split Jerk)
  • Accessory Movements (Wall Ball, Kettlebell Swings,  Basic Gymnastics Moves, etc.)

New members may not attend regular classes until finishing the One-one-one Introductory sessions.

  • 3-4 sessions (depending on experience)

Regular membership prices apply after completion.

Foundations Course Exemption

Been there, done that. Have you been CrossFitting with another Affiliate?
