Schedule

Our current schedule follows a 3 days on/1 day off, 2 days on/1 day off format.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are coached WODs, while Thursday and Sunday are rest and/or open gym days.

Open Gym Policy

Open Gym is reserved for those who have completed all Foundations courses. There will be limited coaching/supervision during this time. If you have completed Foundations, you may use open gym to:

  • Make up a missed WOD
  • Work on a skill
  • Work on mobility
  • Perform active recovery
