Class Schedule
Our current schedule follows a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off format. This means that mon/tues/wed/fri/sat are WODs, while Thurs/Sun are rest/open gym.
Open Gym Policy
Open gym is reserved for those who have completed all foundation courses. There will be limited coaching/supervision during this time. If you have completed Foundations you may use open gym to:
– make up a missed WOD
– work on a skill
– work on mobility
– perform active recovery
